Bollywood to have only one Darling

Sample this: Much-awaited movies such as Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag (Sholay remake), the Sony Pictures’ Saanvariyan and Farah Khan’s magnum opus Om Shanti Om will just about scrape through at the box office.

The much-hyped Madhuri Dixit comeback film Aaja Nachley and Laaga Chunari Mein Daag seem headed for disaster while Chak De India will just be an average grosser, somewhat contrary to the early news flowing in from the box office.

And the biggest surprise of all: Ram Gopal Varma’s relatively low-key film Darling is destined to be the biggest hit of 2007.
