How can they do Raaz 2 without me?: Dino

How can they do Raaz 2 without me?: Dino

It has been his career's highest point. The Vikram Bhatt directed Raaz (2002) featuring him and Bipasha Basu, had rocked the box-office. But both Basu and Dino Morea don't figure in the sequel.

The follow-up
Directed by Mohit Suri, has Emraan Hashmi and Kangana Ranaut in the lead. Surely, Morea must be disappointed?

To this, he responds, "I'm not disappointed but definitely baffled. How can they make a Raaz 2 without anyone from the original cast? How can it be a sequel, then?"

Meanwhile, the buzz is that he's now dating Lara Dutta , the former girlfriend of his buddy KellyDorje?

"Hey, Kelly's a friend. Lara and I also go back a longway to the time when we were modelling in Banglaore. But I guess the industry doesn't believe in the 'we're just good friends' concept any more.

Time for action
On the professional front, after Dus Kahaniyan, Dino Morea has signed up for Acid Attack, another movie with Sanjay Gupta. He won't reveal much because, "Sanjay wants to have a big launch. It's an action-packed thriller. I've even got myself a new look.. lean, mean and long hair. "

There's also Heroes , featuring Salman Khan, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Mithun Chakraborty and Preity Zinta. Won't he be lost in the crowd?

"It's not a long role but the story will stay with you for a long time," promises Dino.

"Mithun and mine is a father-son story, Salman and Preity are husband and wife while Sunny and Bobby portray brothers. We're all army officers with the same amount of footage while Sohail ( Khan ) and Vatsal ( Seth ) take this on-the-road movie forward."

Item boy
He has a special appearance in Har Pal. "It's a fun song. I'm a DJ in a nightclub. Preity called and I couldn't say no. I'm an item boy now, he jokes.

Magna's Bhram is releasing next month followed by the desi Rebecca, Anamika, in April.

"Deh is complete too but I don't think it'll ever be out. And the producer of Kabhi Bhi Kahin Bhi, a thriller I signed four years ago, has just woken up and wants to start shooting," he sighs. He has his own production house now. But for the moment, he's only into ad films that fetch him good money.

"Maybe if I get a good script and director, I'll start a film by the end of the year," he shrugs.
